Our Story
Harlowdale Luxury Real Estate was created by two expatriates; an American and a Brazilian, who re-located to Lisbon in search of a different life experience with a strong emphasis on their well being and quality of life. As their journeys evolved, Chrysta and Francisco realized a need for a more bespoke experience for clients re-locating and integrating to Lisbon, Miami and Saõ Paulo, with trusted partners in all three locations. Most recently (2021), both have imursed themselves in the Portuguese culture, gaining experience and expertise in navigating life in Lisbon. We use our creativity, intelligence and knowledge to achieve outstanding solutions and create value for our clients.
Chrysta is a native of Grosse Pointe, Michigan and has resided in Miami, FL for over thirty years. She has sold real estate along the east coast of Florida for over 25 years. Chrysta re-located to Lisbon to enhance her well-being; ultimately purchasing an apartment in 2021. She has experienced the purchase process twice herself and has learned to navigate and resolve multi-faceted challenges to achieve objectives
Franciso is a native of Teresina, State of Piauí, Brazil who has resided in Lisbon since 2021 and sold real estate with the most prestigious luxury brands; Sotheby's and Engel and Volkers. Francisco focuses on efficiency, consistency and fostering bonds with strategic partners, resulting in a seamless real estate transaction. His knowledge and familiarity of the diverse neighborhoods in Lisbon will accelerate the qualifying process and result with the matching the ideal neighborhood with the client lifestyle.

Chrysta Hammon
Chrysta Dwyer- Hammon began her career in Real Estate in 1990. She boasts a successful background in sales, marketing and property management. Chrysta has held various positions throughout her career including Director of Operations at Graham Property Management Company, Director of Marketing and Training at The Related Group of Florida, Director of Sales at Four Seasons Private Residences, and most recently Global Real Estate Advisor at Compass Real Estate.
Chrysta has years of professional experience negotiating contracts and mediating delicate situations. Her acute listening ability, combined with her genuine honesty and tactful inquiry skills help effectively build rapport and build consensus. Chrysta focuses on solving differences with adaptability and creative solutions to reach a desired outcome acceptable to all parties.
Miami Beach has been her home for over 25 years; however in 2021 she discovered and found a new passion in Lisbon. She has immersed herself in the local neighborhoods by exploring every nook and cranny, discovering various buying opportunities throughout the country.

Francisco Menezes
Francisco Menezes Junior holds a degree in Economics in Brazil with an emphasis on International Trade. Since 1993, he has built a career in commercial and business management. Between 2005-2010, he led the development and operations of what became the largest taxi company in the Americas at the time. After returning to Brazil in mid-2010, he shifted hs focus to the mining and commodities sectors, with a strong emphasis on foreign trade. For the past four years, he has been based in Portugal, working in the luxury real estate sector and offering consulting services. His business background includes collaborations with some of the most prestigious brands in the South America and European markets.
